Senator De Lima helps Mambulao LGU

Senator Leila de Lima (right) has offered to help the local government of Mambulao in its projects and programs.

De Lima’s proposal was relayed to Mayor Ariel Non by her senior staff Prince Hermida and Rey Cristobal.

De Lima wanted to give the LGU more funds for the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) or financial help to the poor and the needy.

She has also offered financial help to the displaced and disadvantaged workers or TUPAD.

De Lima will also send face masks, alcohol and more rapid antigen test kits to help the LGU in its fight against Covid-19 virus.

The senator is seeking another term in next year’s national elections.
